Shower room and WC downstairs. Lounge: large room with TV DVD piano (for non-professionals!) woodburner (first basket of logs free) which provides heating for the double and single bedroom and the dining room. Second upstairs sitting area with TV and DVD. Dining room: separate area downstairs with payphone and a selection of books. Kitchen/diner: with micro/conventional oven hob fridge with freezer compartment washing machine and Rayburn (for heating water central heating radiators in single bedroom bathroom and towel rail). Small conservatory: with children s toys. Outside: enclosed rear garden and seating area with garden furniture both accessed via steps. Amenities: parking for 1 car. Bed linen and Wi-Fi included. An major port until Tudor times, Hartland is a village in the north west of Devon, England. Facing west across the Atlantic it is the location of an important lighthouse and is within a few miles of Clovelly, Welcombe, Darracott, Harracott, and Kilkhampton and is one of over three hundred towns and villages in Devon in which Go2 has cottages or holidays lets available.
